Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. [1]

Section 1 - Product Eligibility & Restrictions
  • Sealed Products Only: Returns are strictly accepted for factory-sealed products only.
  • Raw Cards: Due to the risk of fraudulent activity and card swapping, we do not accept returns on raw individual cards.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, completely sealed, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. [1]

Section 2 - How to Start a Return
  1. Contact us directly at truetcguk@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without a prior, accepted return request will not be processed or accepted.

Section 3 - Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Section 4 - Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance products, or gift cards. [1]

Section 5 - Exchanges
The fastest way to secure the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Section 6 - European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our core eligibility requirements: it must be unopened, completely sealed, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. [1, 2, 3]

Section 7 - Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process and post the refund. [1]
